About Us Cleveland NORML is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization which seeks to represent the interests of Ohio citizens who believe the recreational and medicinal use of marijuana should no longer be a crime. Check us out and meet up with with friendly, like-minded people to discuss issues surrounding both marijuana and the laws governing it's use. Ending marijuana prohibition is not a partisan issue. Prohibition is a conservative issue, a liberal issue, a libritarian issue, it effects us all and crosses all political boundaries. Even if you are unsure about your stance on Marijuana law reform, we welcome you to come and join the discussion. Our meetings are held the first Thursday of every month. For more information, you can come to our monthly meetings. We alternate between locations on the East side and the West side. Locations are announced in advance on this site and through Meetup.org. We encourage all of you that have shown support for NORML to join us at our meetings. This is one of the most effective ways to help in our efforts towards drug law reform. Currently, NORML has over 65 active chapters in the US and around the world, and needs many more to effect real change.
